The Book Ghost > Recent Status Updates

A bit too many characters to keep track of, but I like this book's dark sense of humor so far.

A lot of interesting insight and care was put into this book: that much is very clear. It hasn't fully caught me yet, but I am intrigued to continue.

I mean, cheese was expected, but at least the story's starting to pick up significantly: that first half was incredibly slow.

Surprisingly good: almost Stephen King-esque writing, in that sort of detailed design on smaller characters as he has a knack to do.

And it still has enough cheese to make your roll your eyes every now and then!

I often skip religious books, but this has actually been a pretty fun experience. First fantasy of the past few that I tried that's actually held my interest.

Interesting descriptive devices, but the author's voice is already getting a little bit on my nerves

It's pretty good so far! Dialogue is a bit strange, but overall excellent story

Just as absolutely wild and cheesy as I had hoped. The ghost is somehow less threatening than the parents. Those two are freaking wild.
