Mi da un po' fastidio che chiami la sua fidanzata “la ragazza” quando parla con Milena... Cavolo, stai nominando tutti e la loro mamma, ma il nome della tua fidanzata non osi farlo? Non so se mi dia fastidio perché mi ricorda mia madre che quando parla con qualcuno (e io sono là presente) si riferisce a me dicendo “la ragazza” invece che “mia figlia”. Vabbè, comunque alla fine lui e Julie si son lasciati... Amen...

I don't know why Kathy stayed friends with a person like Ruth all that time. I know that unfortunately I'm the type of person who sticks with whatever friend I can manage to make irl, something something I need to survive, but gosh I don't think I would have managed to stay by Ruth's side this whole time.

I love to read parts that focus on Tommy, I'm quite fond of his younger version, but specifically I like reading these chapters from when they stayed at the Cottages because I can visualize Andrew Garfield in my mind. I can see his expressions, feel his movements, hear his voice. I'm really enjoying this book, more than I had imagined, and I can't wait to watch the movie again once I'm done with it. I yearn for it.

Every time I read about Ruth she's always being hella annoying... Thank God she's dead!
