I have been reading this book every now and then for a couple of months, and so far, im really liking it! This year I've had a hard time finding books i enjoy reading so I'm saving this book for my travels (when a good book is needed the most) :)

So far it's okay, but I think everything feels very rushed, and I still don't understand what is so special about the main character that he would be chosen as a companion. I also don't feel anything for the main character as I barely know who he is

i lost this book lol. will continue when its found

feels like im wasting my summer :/ If it's good, would it not be good by now ?? almost 100 pages in ???

Sorry not sorry to my English teacher who told me to wait with reading this book (I chose it for a future assignment) only to hype me about it for days.

listening to this one as an audio-book and I have more or less 1 hour left and no clue whats going on lol. I want to read-read this book, I feel like im not able to form an opinion. xoxo

I randomly remembered I owned this book and I'm so excited to read it!

I'm 10 hours (about halfway) in on this book as an audio-book and tbh I'm not a great book-listener since i always miss out on details or fall asleep - but im really enjoying this book so far!

The story keeps me awake (more than other) and I'm really sad I can't enjoy it as an actual book that I'm reading instead, i'm sure i would love it even more that way

you're telling me its V's last day alive and he decides to follow some strangers to the hospital. then he spends 2h with them and suddenly he's donating his heart to the guy.

then the guy and his sister even TALK about keeping V in the hospital just so they can take advantage of the situation instead of letting V live his life whilst he can. V cant even eat. WTFFF

no book ever made me as mad before

Är 118 sidor in och orkar inte läsa mer.

I början kändes det väldigt bra men nu känns det bara tråkigt, tycker ändå jag gett den en bra chans men orkar inte mer :) :) :) Vill läsa böcker jag faktiskt aktivt VILL läsa. Har tvingat mig själv att läsa såhär långt och somnar nästan varje gång.

Är imponerad av alla detaljrika beskrivningar men that's it.

absolut inte långsamt as in boken är dålig, mer att jag inte orkar läsa längre <3 <3 <3

alla böcker jag läst på senaste är verkligen direkt kopplade till andra världskriget, känner mig tvingad att fortsätta temat när jag väl har startat :') aj

The Anne that I love changed so much and the previous book did not make me motivated at all to go on to the next one.

Here I am on the next one and I do not feel like putting myself through this. Hopefully I will return to this series in the future (I do want to finish it after all) and like it more than I do today.

Läser detta typ bara pga att det är systrarna Ovichs favoritpoet.

och pga ”Världen vaknar enligt tidszon men inte min människa, aldrig igen. Det här gör för ont för att ta i med ord.”

Har hittills verkligen gillat alla Oxen-böckerna but at this point ser jag verkligen fram emot att börja läsa böcker som dels är kortare men också böcker som har ett snabbare tempo. Ser fram emot att ge mig in i en annan berättelse, samtidigt som jag vill veta hur det slutar för Niels Oxen och Danehof

det är SÅ spännande, allt jag vill är hem och fortsätta läsa!!!! älskar denna bok

Börjar varje kapitel med att kolla hur långt det är till nästa kapitel. Tar mig igenom varje kapitel genom att fokusera på att komma till slutet av stycket. Innehållet är viktigt då det skildrar delar av både eritreansk och svensk kultur, men det är så tråkigt att läsa. Ingen berättelse att följa alls.

Saknar atm känslan av att läsa vilken Fredrik Backman bok som helst.

So far this book has been good! The two previous books I've been reading were bad which kinda lead me into a minor reading slump, but I have hopes that this book will drag me right out of that :)
