This was a recent gift. Far from any of my usual genres, but the feminist side of the women portrayed is intriguing. I suspect my progress will be slow and in small chunks.

I gotta be honest...this is a slog. If I weren't reading it for Sword & Laser, I'd have put it down (or in this case stopped listening) long ago. I plan to finish, but I don't really expect it to get better.

I'm thoroughly enjoying this book. Addie's story is tragic and hopeful and terrifying and exhilarating all at the same time. I want to read faster to get to the end, but I also never want it to end.

Current audio book for car rides and background noise.

Listening to the audiobook while riding around in the car. It's a "reread", but I'm enjoying the accents

This is a slow read. I find some of the characters and their arcs compelling, while others I just need to grit my teeth and power through. Most of the story relates incidents first seen in previous books, only told from a different point of view.
