Honestly, this book is kind of upsetting. Everyone is so mean to Poppy and she truly has never done anything to deserve that. Just because someone has ADHD does not mean she’s a burden to everybody else.

I’m sorry, but I hate her parents so much. I don’t even care if she impresses them now, they’ve treated her like garbage from day one.

This would make for a great romcom movie.

I would’ve swooned over him making her pop tarts if it didn’t come at the expense of him being a complete knobhead mid sex and leaving.

I get that Jack had a horrible childhood but the way he treats Poppy is so horrible sometimes. Why didn’t he go home? She shouldn’t have to always be chasing after him.

Jack’s being an asshole and demeaning her for her job. I don’t like the negative connotations being made about people who do influencer content or marketing.

A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms did a really good job with this adaptation. It’s pretty on par to the book, except Baelor‘s entrance was way cooler in the show.
