Part 1 favorite quotes:

“When you are sitting in the middle of your own problem, which is more real to you: your problem or you yourself?”

“Just continue should be your purpose. When you do something, just to do it should be your purpose.”

“In a fog, you do not know you are getting wet, but as you keep walking you get wet little by little.”

It’s been an eye opening read so far. Discovering and exploring how scoring systems can value capture. Basically, silently adopting a simplified value that an external entity I.e. job or company provides. In turn we abandon personal values that really matter to us.

The authors examples can get redundant and lengthy which I find skipping to the next point.
