It’s been an eye opening read so far. Discovering and exploring how scoring systems can value capture. Basically, silently adopting a simplified value that an external entity I.e. job or company provides. In turn we abandon personal values that really matter to us.

The authors examples can get redundant and lengthy which I find skipping to the next point.
