Honestly someone just needs to kill Regal. This is like watching a car slowly drive itself into a river. SOMEONE JUST KILL HIM.

Sorry, Rory decides to just sexually harass Sybil when she is being held captive and doesn’t know who he is? “Another time, then, for that kiss.” - fuck off.

I don’t have the words

I GOT THE SECOND BOOK AND HAVE NO MEMORY OF THE FIRST. QUICK REREAD GOOOO

They’re straight heterosexual flirting(tm) already and I hate it.

Mental illness personified into a demonic entity that is an SCP. Thats the book and I’m reading it.

Dr. Grace needing to remember things one by one to solve his problems would never work for me… I’d die in space because I forgetti everything. My ADHD would doom humanity :p

Found all my review drafts in my notes app lol
Time to go on a review spree.

This is such a slog :(

Not even 10 pages in and the white main character’s black/asian best friend was described as having “Jungle eyes” - yikes.

Also the neighbour responding to “yeah he cheated on me with my cousin Tracie” with “the blond with the big boobs?” JAIL. WHO SAYS THAT?!

I hate it here

I hate how much of Aelin’s maturing from the end of the last book has just evaporated. She’s back to her “oooh I’m a badass assassin” sass that is making me roll my eyes so much.

I know it’s supposed to be cute or endearing, but “Fireheart” is the name of the main character in the first warrior cat series 😭
