119 pages before you hit the first real break... it's so odd to me how well Maggie O'Farrell lines everything up right before throwing a "Part Two" at you.... would probably be easier in print format though! E-book ARC is a struggle in depth perception

The lack of chapter breaks is almost infuriating but at the same time you just... keep reading. And it's a good story so far but my god woman, an asterisk is not enough

Okay so I think the problem is that I keep imagining the guy as one very specific tiktoker that I dislike and it keeps taking me ouuuuuuut of it
