switched to audiobook, which is way better. the main character has honestly grown on me a lot and even if she's mildly unlikable, at least she's real

just started this book yesterday and it is weird but i think i love it?

okay something about this book is extremely comforting. maybe it's just since i was listening to Taylor swift and watching the sunset while I read, but it was the most relaxed I've been in a hot minute.

the only other books that have really made me feel so comforted are the house in the cerulean sea and the midnight library

I've been loving audiobooks lately and this is pretty good. I'm not sure I understand it though since I was playing Mario kart for the majority of listening to it and wasn't paying that much attention
