This is really good so far. Damn. So far I'm reading a lot of good authors that aren't traditional. Maybe I should stick with the indie books a bit?

Been slacking when it comes to my DNF reviews... should I bring 'em back?

This and Weavingshaw are out there doing the heavy lifting when it comes to yearning. It's still a 4. The schematics / plot progression (tagged as world building) is a bit muddled, but it's some good stuff if you like character build. Lets see if the last 15% can change my mind.

The world building could be a little stronger but honestly, I'm having fun with this one. I feel like the ML is still hiding something.

I literally inhaled 51% of this book last night. I don't wanna say yearning is happening but more or less uncertainty and respect. There was a heated moment in a bar but I am enjoying this a lot.

All I am saying is that we need more regency / historical based magic stories and I thank that this one is coming. Looking forward to the last 49%. This book is long! (Good for me.)

It's wavering around 3ish right now. I like the characters, I just wish a little more happened. Stuff seems to be happening right now, tho?

It's a good read, nothing amazing. The slowburn is burning. He likes her, she dislikes him.

Alternating this with my buddy read. So far not bad.

This might be the second cozy book that I can finish. (The first was House of the Cereluean Sea).

The Hanging Bones by Elle Tesch is a read now until tonight. So if anybody else had it on their watch list, head to NetGalley.

I am in love. This is a hilarious romp. I love that she is obsessed with The Art of War and has nothing but "destroy him" on her mind.

This is delightful. God I love witty regencies.

I like the plot but the writing... oof.

A fast read but better than what I just finished.

Slow ass book. Currently at a 3. I feel cheated.
