Ok, let’s try again with this one 🤞🏻I just lived so much the Ninth House and I want to get trough this one to get to the third and last novel (yes, I’m a completionist)

wtf is wrong with Alice, never met a more toxic main character

maybe we readers are supposed not to like the main characters, that this dread that I’m feeling is intended

Started it as an audiobook while driving back home to visit my parents (2 hours-ish long drive, my bf was with me in the car, the poor soul).

This is pure trash. Nothing is even so slightly plausible - from the starting scene when the two protagonists start talking to the dialogues that follows.

I’ll continue it… I’m trusting the hype I guess?
