Despite the reviews, I really liked book 1 of this series. The FMC is hilarious. Excited for this one!

Early prediction: the murder arc for the characters is going to follow the fictional movie plot that they are acting in. Maybe Fred and Simone are secretly working together to steal all of Emma's money? Or Fred and Tyler have a fake feud as part of a scheme? Idk yet! Everyone is truly a suspect for me rn

Loved book 1, but this is a hot mess. I don't even know who the bad guys are anymore - the Noths or her own freaking kingdom/parents.

Also, I still think Brylee is a stupid name (sorry if that's ur name lol)

Meh I don't like Vale or the king (Kael? icr what the king's name is)

Tbh I'm still early in this, but this is a little too gross and a little too boring for me.

Tbh I’m not really sure why she’s the one apologizing to all the guys when they were the ones who were huge dicks to her throughout the entire book 1 when they thought she was a guy.

Disappointing direction to take the story imo…like SHE is groveling? Nah

I think this is my fav in the series so far. I'm having the best time and can't stop giggling.

The FMC's love interest (a demon prince) keeps getting pulled into her favorite books with her as part of their quest, and he keeps having to physically fight her favorite book boyfriends to death (a dragon shifter, a rogue in a historical romance, a pirate king...I can't LOL).

I am really into this plot so far

This is a really well done love triangle. I feel like they are not-so-subtly pushing Hal as endgame, but like...I still am a bit pro Collin.....I just feel like there's more to him than meets the eye in this story, and I'm intrigued

Also, I just realized this is a debut novel which is really impressive because it's really good!

I haven't formed a solid opinion yet, but I think it's an interesting start so far

1. Picking up this book again after not reading it in a year (trying to remember who some of these side characters are), but good so far!

2. Cloris is so Littlefinger-coded

I know we all are supposed to hate Collin (and I don't necessarily like him anymore), but I'm still not sure if I'm sold on Hal yet tbh

Oh man, I feel like Collin is not going to be good, but I'm really torn on him.

Omg wait I’m so hooked. Not sure I’m totally understanding this world yet, but this is so different. Great start!
