Y’all gotta be lying with these ratings man this book is ass… we got rape posing as some sort of dark romance scene, unhealthy bdsm where the sub is submitted without prior knowledge (and forced to give ‘consent’ without knowing what they were consenting too), and child abuse portrayed like just something healthy families do???? It’ll be a miracle if I finish this book 😡😡

Beginning of chapter 2 and we’re already back to square one. The previous books may as well not have happened. Everyone’s memories have been erased except for Pan’s (conveniently) and she’s gonna go back to The School like that coz I guess these fuckers are sadists?? Convenient sadists.

Gonna put her on pause and read her slowly, was not prepared for the grittiness of the story

My paper back copy of this book is 313 pages long. If the inciting incident doesn't happen within the next ten or so pages I'm dnf'ing this. The heavy racism and sexism isn't aging well.
