Talk about a series of unfortunate events. This book gives me so many reasons why not to sail with just my husband and I. Lots of moving parts and dealing with Mother Nature. I appreciated the nautical terms attached to layman’s terms…lines vs ropes, galley vs kitchen during the book. Very clever writer. I’m sure it was an experience the family will never forget.

Genova really hits the mark on this one. Not only the empathy for the ALS patient, but also the caretakers. A must read.

I love this author. So easy to read and such realistic plots. 👏👏
