Part 1 all done. Good and practical knowledge gained. Written to be easily and comfortably read. Answers so many questions.

I’m actually rereading this book I never finished due to my aunt’s passing. I had forgotten how rich and addictive Foster’s imagery and word choice is! I hope you all get to read this book in your lifetime.

It’s hit paper-turner level?! What will happen with Carmen?

The style of writing is sometimes hard to follow. Luckily the Holy Spirit is having me understand what I think the Lord needs me to.

The first two chapters were awesome. I had a little trouble with chapter 3. It was kind of vague chapter 4, not as good as one and two but at least a little bit more poetic.

So touching and emotional. I cried during and after the first chapter. Really making me self reflect. Connecting to Mary and thinking of her as a child is surreal.

Earlier I was reading the sample so I guess I’ll run into those pages later. I’m very confused as to how I ended up back on page 36 on my Kindle. Anyhow, it’s a very interesting book and I ended up buying it. I love books told from the child’s perspective.

I can’t put it down! It’s vivid and hilarious. Plus informative.

This story is both heartbreaking and heartwarming.
