I’m struggling to find time to read at the moment, but that doesn’t mean I love the book any less.

Very in love with this so far.

I love this book a lot so far, but it’s quite a brick and I have so little time to read at the moment. Ah, woe is me.

I'm reading this book in dutch (my most recent language project) & my friend is reading it in German at the same time. And the first damn thing we realise is: the original story is located in the Netherlands. A nice little country, beautiful sceneries, lots of room for creepy small towns. And the translation? In the US. The fucking USA. WTF. You all know I loathe americanisation anyway, but books now, too? Messed up.

Already on page 40 it seems like Morrissey will always be Morrissey, and always was Morrissey. Wonderfully dramatic!

I keep on starting to read new books but I should really go ahead and finish those eight billion books on my currently reading shelf ✨

Been lurking around this book for a long, long while now, but never quite dared to pick it up because it's yet another tale about modern vampires and you know I'm always very reluctant to read these. But my friend, who I visited, said she'd only heard praise about it so we both decided to buy a copy each and so far it's very intriguing!

I picked up this book because I wanted to read something awful. It's not good, but not exactly terrible either so far.

Ugh, this is as cringe-y as I expected it to be. And the style is even worse!!

It's basically impossible to put this book down!

It feels like every person ever has already pressured me into reading this book so now I'm finally giving in. It's phantasy - I don't read phantasy books, and when I do, I usually end up hating them; but on page 42 I already know I'm going to love this one a lot, and already I completely understand why this is a favourite to most of my friends. I can't wait to see where this book will take me.

I loved the movie (I'm a die hard Dan Radcliffe fan and the movie was an absolute masterpiece) and so far I love the book too!

I wished this book would have been my first Geilman!

This book just had some amusing similarities to JALs Rörelsen. I liked that.

I care so much about a fictional character that I hope he won't make an appearance in this book because his poor heart always hurts....wtf
