Yeah. Yes. Si. Oui. Ja. 😁

I dunno if it’s just because I’m in a bad mood but this book is grating. Pausing it until the pms passes 😂

Sigh. This is always the point in a story where the (usually unnecessary) drama happens, and I just wish we could skip it this time 😫

When you find yourself relating a lil too much to a socially awkward kidnapper/killer, it’s probably time to make a new therapy appointment, right? 😅😂

Because I’m apparently a glutton for punishment, I’m going to finish this series despite the majority of them having been 2⭐️. Back into this absolutely insane world I go. Like a dummy. 😂all bc I wanna reread monstrous serpent and have the side characters make sense. Sighs on sighs.

Oh FFS. I had high hopes for this one. 🤡 ⬅️ me

Being the kind of person I’d happily see guillotined makes it a bit difficult to root for your love story 💁🏾‍♀️😅

Fam. this series feels like the fast and the furious franchise: started out dumb but reasonably believable about DVD heists and street races, and now i think theyre in space? 😅🤣 yeah.

I’m only reading this one bc I want to read the next one. This series/world is laughably insane and ridiculous, but I can’t stop 😂

Wanting one of the MCs to fall into a wood chipper can’t be a good sign… 😅😫🫠

We were doing so good!! 😫 I detest a third act contrivance trying to disguise itself as a plot. The smut was smutting; the romance was romancing; but now we’re in forced drama. For sure a star off.

I feel like I’m being teased with a ménage or throuple, so I’m gonna be pissed if I don’t get *something* 🤗😅

😒😒😑😑😑 I’m done here.

Sigh. There’s no way I’m making it through this. I’ve had a stank face or have been eye rolling for most of it. It’s just …not good.

I’m truly giving it the old college try here, but if I DNF this, I give up on this author. I literally considered tapping out at 3%😅🙇🏾‍♀️

Yikes. Started this and immediately got a character glossary and learned it’s a new series but in the world of the last MMM I dnf’d and includes some of the same characters (who I didn’t love the first time) 😫 here’s hoping the writing’s gotten better … 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾

What brand of mental illness is it when you find yourself high-key envious of fictional characters? Bc …😅

Yeah so I’m just gonna go ahead and add “get kidnapped by hot dude” to my bucket list. K, thx. 👍🏾😅

This is fun 😈 delulu is the solulu as they say! 😅

Life’s too short; I’m out. ✌🏾 😂

Well who didn’t see that coming? Sigh. Let’s wrap this up. Skimming starts now.

I’m trying real hard, Ringo… but this is either gonna be a DNF, or I’m gonna have to start skimming. 🙇🏾‍♀️I LOVE a good throuple, but nothing here feels authentic/organic/realistic.

Oh now I’m convinced this book is some sort of conservative psyop and I want to rage quit 😑 but no. I will continue seething and finish.

Bc this is a romance I know there’s a HEA eventually, but the route I see us going is pmo.

Got this immediately after finishing the prequel, and the song that happened to play as i started it was One Direction’s “Same Mistakes”. I’m sure that bodes well 😅🫠 LFG!!

For most people “in for a penny, in for a pound” is reckless enough. Jesse said “in for a penny, in for a billy 🤷🏼‍♂️” 😅😂🤣

This book might take me forever to finish… not bc it’s bad, but bc I keep having to stop and have little talks with Jesus (mind you I’m a whole atheist 👏🏾 😅) and contemplate therapy.

Omgggg this. This is why I stopped reading MF. 😭 she’s so dumb😫 or is it bc they’re teens- which I also don’t read 😆 either way, *screams in “Molly, you in danger girl”

I… ok 😅 so many thoughts… but my god If this what’s happening at 20%… 🙃🙇🏾‍♀️ I want to fight Jesse. I’m not even mad he’s a perv, but CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF, DAMN. 😅😂🤦🏾‍♀️😈
