I'm sorry but this is so boring 😭 idk whether to push through

I think this is the first time that a book has actually scared me. I'm almost 70% through, and nothing before this point scared me, but the scene I just read really freaked me out.

I feel a bit ill. Oh boy.

As a psychology Masters student I can tell you that most of these essays are talking shite

I see a lot of negative reviews about this book and I do get it because the writing is quite difficult to get into. But as a woman from Northern Ireland I feel like I can say that the descriptions of sectarian violence and more subtle sectarianism as well as sexual and gender violence is truly spot on.
