The plot and writing style of this so far reminds me so much of Wild Reverence omg 😭 also why is everyone so mean to Circe for no reason, do whatever you need to do queen, I'll bail you out 😭🙏

VAMPIRE THROUPLE PLEASE GOD

Love the inclusion of all the common vampire tropes and weaknesses here---aversion to sun, needing invitations, etc. Super fun. I also really like Alice (idk why people think she's boring) and am so intrigued about Lottie (when are her chapters coming?) Also Maria/Sabine is so Addie coded but if she was evil and gay lmao

IMMEDIATE LESBIANISM YEAHHHHHHHH

Lottie saving Alice from the bike zooming at her is giving Twilight omg I’m laughing so hard 😭

Rory is so fucking hot omg 😩

Twenty pages and I’m already crashing out. My babies are back but at what cost??? 😭😭😭

I just want to give Samuel West, the narrator, his flowers for his performance. His range is incredible---love the voices he chose for the characters, and his narration is so calming and lovely.

As much as I love this, I'm over the halfway point now and the pace is still glacial, and we've gone not very far at all in terms of the mystery and the possession. I'm gonna trust the process because I really enjoy the atmosphere and Alter's relationship with Frankie tho
