This wasn’t exactly what I was expecting, I thought it was going to cover more people’s experiences and be a wider range of pain experience, wasn’t any new info for me but it was clear that this work was more about telling a personal story / therapeutic for the author I really enjoyed the illustrations.

After almost 4 months I finally finished my next book! My nervous system feels brighter, and has been over these past few days when I’ve been reading a lot again. It’s always a good reminder, reading always regulates me 😌

I was on page 20 this morning, and I was about to throw in the towel, it’s not uncommon for fiction to not be my thing. Now I cannot put this novel down, the writing is captivating.

Once again at 2am I am considering pulling an all nighter to finish this book. Definitely perfect read for a Red-Eye which is how I stared it, but it would’ve been a perfect time to read it in one sitting. I haven’t figured out the exact metaphor of this book but weirdly I feel like it’s holding me in its arms or it’s mouth or something weird review but ya that’s where we’re at

Tried very hard to get to the part where I can start reading fast and not trudging through exposition, not giving up but this one is *paused* for now
