Tells the story 4 people plus the author. Triggers warning for sexual & physical abuse a good portion of the book. This wasn’t exactly what I was expecting, I thought it was going to cover more people’s experiences and be a wider range of pain experience, wasn’t any new info for me but it was clear that this work was more about telling a personal story / therapeutic for the author I really enjoyed the illustrations.
