i’ve been so slow reading this because i keep putting it aside in favor of shorter reads but it really is a delight! determined to finish before Thanksgiving

suddenly i can’t put this down. this was hard to get into because of the writing style but after a while i found myself completely at peace with it. i feel like this stream-of-consciousness writing is exactly how my own brain works, so it’s easy to keep up

i’m flying through this! it’s very readable. i’m veryyyy curious where this is going but so far i like how the narrator is both relatable and a bit insufferable, but she also knows that because she’s telling the story from the perspective of her future self. love all the bits of irish lore sprinkled in

i knew this book partially took place in pt but i am just so jarred and tickled at her name dropping sirens and waterfront pizza

i took a long hiatus from this story because i stopped paying attention but now i have an attention span again and i am back baby
