it’s so annoying that all the cute moments that would strengthen the reader’s understanding of their relationships happen off screen. Why are you telling me about cute dates when you could just show me? half of the other things could be cut, especially the internal monologue. She never lets the story tell itself.

exactly how I would react being on a ice planet full of aliens who live in the stone age why is everyone happy and not sad there’s no toilets, french fries, and wifi??? I would be the biggest issue. Lowkey wish there was a scientist, politician, or doctor that was in this series I want a smart fmc in these books

this is probably the best book so far, I love that she’s deaf!! the disability representation is so refreshing
