I FEEL SO SEEN…

Upon finishing chapter 1, I’d like to just jot down a few thoughts I had throughout.

Whilst the author began to explain and introduce the concept of imposter syndrome- it instantly made me raise an eyebrow at how the original studies mentioned were done merely on women (although this is later explained in the chapter through internal & external biases).

Anyways! Hope this saves me from my imposter syndrome

me slightly nitpicking at this but the wording of some of the facts is…. a little misleading at times. definitely can lead to some misunderstandings for people who may not be as familiar with psychology
