You know what I love about Catharina’s books? The fact that the couples profess love very early on. So the problem is never, does he/she love me? It’s always genuine conflict that’s an issue. Lovessssss it!

Pages 186-250 were all the same scene just extremely, EXTREMELY drawn out…unnecessarily so. It was slow and boring enough that I was tempted to DNF this book which really sucks because I LOVED the last book so much. I don’t understand how it got so bad so fast, like okay she likes spanking; they do their thing — get to the point! It’s the sheer force of will encouraging me to finish this book

So wait…Everett cockblocked poor Wynter for 8 years while dipping his own…parts…in “100s of women”?

I won’t use the equality card on why this annoys me but more so - how can you claim to be obsessed with her and loving her from far when you were able to get jiggy with others? Weirdo…
