Not to get into too much detail but RIGHT out of the gate I want to express that I love how real these books are. Usually you just see people make mistakes and forgive each other and boom it’s back to lovey dovey, but Sage and Damian have gone through some STUFF!! And it’s so real that you can see Sages hesitation and mental struggles regarding Damien’s past issues

I am not a fan of the wolf stuff in general, but this really reminds me of blood and ash. There aren’t werewolves so far but it is more of a fantasy world than the usual wolfy books I have read. I am really enjoying this one so far!
