i really liked the concept & beginning of this book but it sort of feels like the plot is going horizontally instead of vertically somehow it’s a little jolty + everyone just keeps going back and forth everywhere all the time. also i really wish hari was a bigger character his relationship with simran seems very significant to both of them but we see none of it and i like their bond :(

i loooooove this. virginia and her run-on sentences and her beautiful beautiful descriptions and her pacing (also liking it a lot more than i liked orlando which i’m glad about!)

literally have like five books on the go already but this one is due at the library in four days so i need to lock the hell in!

this book is so strange its soooooo strange i have legit no idea how i’m going to rate it. so interesting and vivid but also so random

reading this as someone who is also a hypochondriac and has death-related anxiety is certainly an experience i am having
