this feels like an odd thing to say but i really wish this was longer

last update before i finish this i predict (i am so locked in)

getting into the swing of things a bit now but i would still like a bit more character work especially with siti and i would like there to be slightly less instances of “the woman” used as a descriptor

i like this book a lot but as someone with very probably adhd it is so extremely difficult to focus on

i really liked the concept & beginning of this book but it sort of feels like the plot is going horizontally instead of vertically somehow it’s a little jolty + everyone just keeps going back and forth everywhere all the time. also i really wish hari was a bigger character his relationship with simran seems very significant to both of them but we see none of it and i like their bond :(
