I like the main character so far

They just broke it off again. They’re only ever good for one page I swear. Mind you there’s only 30 pages left…. This book is a mess.

Stopping here for the night I got distracted playing hay day and now I’m tired to continue. Only like 100 pages left I think could deff finish in an hour tomorrow morning

So everyone is changing but Quinn. I love Grady not liking Quinn that much tho tbh. Shes doing too much.

QUINN UR ACTUALLY BOTHERING ME. I also want to add that we barely have seen any cute moments of them together it’s just been them arguing so I’m confused on why he thinks it can be a romantic relationship. I’m waiting for some actual cute scenes with them. Not just a small snippet of banter then back to arguing

I have no idea how old these people are 😭😭. So far I’m rating this book as a 4 my only complaints is the third person pov and the way they sometimes talk like teens. Loving the slow burn and the plot and how they slowly introduce the side characters. THIS IS HOW A BOOKS PACE NEEDS TO BE WRITTEENNN. Still wishing it was 1st person…

Got to their first real convo. I’m liking the banter.

A lot of talk about god throughout this book

The only thing I’ve disliked so far is her thinking her mom is going to come visit her if she wins the contest. It’s a little child like but it’s not so bad that it makes me not want to read. Still enjoying it.

The introduction of Grady is actually so funny I did not expect that.

Loving all the characters so far. I like the pace the book is going too. Very slow but detail filled.

Ooo this is getting interesting and they haven’t even met yet. I wonder if the mom has been hiding out for 20 years or her.

Pretty good so far. Would be sooooo much better in first person.

I think this is the first time in my life I’ve enjoyed the flashback chapters.
