Ok. I know that this was/is a popular book and it has multiple film adaptations. But I still feel like the actual book/story/prose are SO underrated. Pullman has such a beautiful way of writing that is somehow so distinct and yet timeless. For me, Pullman is surely one of the best writers of his generation.
