The chemistry is off the charts delicious. I enjoyed the first book a lot, but this book by far has even better banter between the MCs as well as the football team. Those guys are hilarious with each other. I did not expect to enjoy a college athletes romance so much. Color me surprised.🏈❤️‍🔥🫦

That is the single most beautiful and heartbreaking gesture I have yet to read in the world of romantasy. My heart is breaking for both of them and what’s to come but mostly what happened in their past. I have a strong feeling this book is going to wreck me.🥺💔😭

Holy shit this is a strong start! From chapter 1 it is intriguing and reels you in pretty quickly. I couldn’t be happier that my Libby loan just dropped into my account with one of my favorite narrators (I’m binging all his audiobooks right now)… Teddy Hamilton! And! And! It’s narrated in duet style! I feel like a kid at Christmas right now.😂

This book surprised me! I didn’t expect to enjoy this as much as I am. It’s like Lights Out meets the mafia in my hometown, Seattle. The banter has made me LOL several times between the FMC & MMC, even side characters are fun. Their chemistry is off the fucking charts and our guy Zeth (🫦) holy shit he’s kinky! This audiobook is DUET narration, my favorite and both narrators are perfect for the characters.

Anti-Christ on a cracker this is HOT! Like “I’m going to introduce you to all 7 gods” hot.😳🥵🫠

I’m listening to the conclusion and I can’t believe how absolutely enthralled I am! I gobbled this up in less than 24hrs. You would think I’d never have read this by how hard my pulse is pounding! I’ve forgotten so much! After having read ACOTAR & Crescent City I’ve been able to pick up on a lot of Easter eggs. I am still so amazed at SJM‘s talent and world building. This book is 10 stars!

I’m really feeling for Dorian rn. He has no one to help him or support him or just give him a damn hug. Plus he has to watch Celaena fall in love with someone else. Ouch.💔

This audiobook is so much fun! Chloe is an adorably, sweet sunshine FMC, who is a delight to everyone, but especially Sig. Their banter and interactions are so sweet and funny. It’s made the book so enjoyable and very bingeable. Teddy Hamilton is one of the narrators and I’ve been on a real TH kick so this has been extra fun because I absolutely adore that guy. His narration is so wry and comical and amusing.

I was really enjoying this story until it suddenly turned into dark academia at a dragon rider Academy. Sound familiar? Fourth wing I’m looking at you. I hope this takes an original turn and doesn’t just try to be another FW with Fae, shifters, vampires, AND dragons.

OK, this is a great line… Harry Potter and the Half-Baked Prince over here hasn’t cracked the spine of a book since he dropped out of community college probably.😆

I saw an ad on IG w/ an audio clip and when I saw/heard it was Teddy Hamilton in DUET narration I was all SAY LESS!😍 Within 3 minutes of this audiobook I was laughing so hard I could hardly breathe. This is going to be fun!

This is a reread but it’s been so long since I last read it (at least 10+ years) that I can’t remember most of it. However, I do remember one heartbreaking, soul-crushing thing and I don’t want to finish but here I am. About to have my heart ripped out AGAIN!😞

Listening to the audiobook with narrator Teddy Hamilton and I have to say, he’s a national treasure. His delivery is so amusing with his wry but playful tone. The story is really picking up. Loving the FMC/MMC interactions and energy.
