no cause why’d the ending get me mad hooked …

justice for mako omg that was just awful

dk about this mustache twirling evil kallister but ok i’ll roll with it

adrienne and declan and fiona? it’s like bang bang bang out here i think dani is death happy

and ok so cross and wren have some fated soulmate connection moment bye gray i don’t really care who she ends up with so whatever

also i cannot imagine gray in any sexual situation like it’s really off he’s just so … friend ?

i don’t know what i think of gray and wren
is cross a saltine cracker? absolutely
but gray is so…nice and somehow that’s worse than saltine because at least cross makes it difficult to like him so the pay off when you eventually do is better yk

okay lowkey that had me invested

WHY ARE THEY ALL OBSESSED WITH SEX EVERY GODDAMN CONVERSATION HAS TO DO WITH SEX

i’m not even saying i want her with gray but their relationship is based on genuine companionship and common interest … her relationship with cross is based on … sex appeal? they just have sex. like. mutual attraction is the basis for the ENTIRE shindig

i’m in your clutches dani francis. i won’t try to deny it.

but i also don’t know how to dnf a series once i’ve put time into it so lets blame it on that mostly :’)

the i love you like five seconds after revealing their identities…

you just murdered a woman why are you nailing the son of your enemy to get over it ? this is like hunger games except she’s aware of her hunger and none of the games

why is all the humor sexual ??? dani francis you have to be a man

cross is a freak

the cringe consumes me

reading like a hallmark movie gone rogue

i joined a book club and now i have to move on from alchemised god damnit

research purposes but also hey i could have used this those other 283626282 i was arguing with my father

oh my days i’m a wreck i’ll write a review tomorrow or whenever i have a chance to process the emotional torrent that this was

also sooooo much respect for senlinyu as an author just on intricacies of worldbuilding alone (and torture method creativity cause my oh my that was gruesome shit)

it’s 2am, i’m going to eat my hand. they’re so cute but everything is a mess and i also don’t know why im into the possession right now that’s not me guys i swear i don’t know what’s gotten into me…

i’m crying and also giggling and also throwing up and also kicking my feet — all at the same time btw

everytime i see the words ‘on the way to the outpost’ i know my show is on likeeeeee i live for their toxic star crossed lovers romance and hey it’s not their fault it’s toxic the world made them this way

i think i may be obsessed … im actually very impressed at how original the entire concept is and honestly the plot line ? i think the singularity is what has enamored me with this tbh

sometimes senlinyu starts spitting terminology and i’m like wtf are they saying but otherwise really loving this world

screaming crying throwing up because i hate what’s happening and also love it :’) is something wrong with me guys

the writing guys please !!!! i think the plot is wonderful and the romance very calculated but oh my days i feel like we could have condensed this a bit

i don’t know, this book has that feeling like it’s going to mean something very important to me by the end

it does have some editing and writing flaws that take me out of the story at times, but i’m finding the plot incredibly interesting—and the comparisons to harry potter lol
