Yeah...no. This will be my first and last book w/the accidental pregnancy trope. I thought I could do it, but it's just not enjoyable. Also, I don't remember the other book in this series being so fucking vulgar! "Dick" and "pussy" are mentioned in every fucking chapter!

One of my romance pet peeves is when a MC strings a love interest along when they really have feelings for someone else. Don't date them if you're not actually interested in them. It's a shitty thing to do imo.

I'm noticing a trend-- in almost every book I've read where the MC's spouse is dead, their mother-in-law is mean and overbearing

This is pretty creepy so far. The FMC just spied on the MMC's family crying over him while he's in the hospital. She also wants to be his physical therapist after spying on his sister and eavesdropping on her talking about his condition.

Someone needs to report her ass 😭

I really like the book so far. My main gripe is the fact that every time we hear about a past couple they're either talking about sex, just had sex, or are about to have sex. Like...we get it. They're a happy couple with a good sex life! We don't have to hear about it all the time! This happens in a good chunk of the books I've read in this genre, not just Meghan Quinn books.

I'm loving the cameos from characters in past books. Luna and Alec ❤❤❤❤❤

One of my pet peeves with these types of books is when characters lie unnecessarily. I know the entire plot of the book is based on a lie, but this lie doesn't even make any sense.
