On my trip in Busan, South Korea, I had a wish to go by Woori Gulbang Book Café! It so cozy and nice, being a Café where you can read the books they have, and some books are for sale. I found a section of English books, as the lady working here talked really well in English, and stumbled upon this one! I had 1h to spare, so I guess I'm finally reading THG for the first time! 🥹

Sooo I still don't quite see some perspectives and how they "match up with the current situation" between two characters, but DAMN I WISH "Limerence" WAS A REAL BOOK🥲🥲🥲

... tbf I am giving this book another try, since it's one of 2 Hazelwood books I don't remember what happens🙃 (even though I gave it a 5 star review, I don't remember what was so good about it🫢)

Okay... so I am not sure if I am getting an interest in this new genre of books... or if it's just Hazelwood's writing that gets to me... BUT OH. MY. GOD.

I like how the story goes, just hate the timing that I chose to read this book only when the clock is past 1am, in-between my finals🫠

Been very occupied with school, so have had no time to read🥲 Not that I have time now (me writing this at 3pm💀)

Anyways, giving this book a try since it's Hazelwood, after all✨️

I do like how it is going for now, though I am not very used to the vampyre-werewolf themes so I appreciate the "info-dumps" (especially since Hazelwood is doing her own take on this theme in the book 👀)

Only have ONE CHAPTER LEFT AND I AM FURIOUS that I have early classes tomorrow, so have to sleep (its 2am atm💀).

This will officially be my first book this year, and even if I'm not done, I am satisfied with my choice😩✨️💕

Wow this book is taking me forever (thankfully😆)

Not sure why, but I normally go for "darker" Dramonie ffs, so starting this one was such a "palette cleanser" (in a good way!!)

Really enjoying the story for now💕

I am enjoying this book SOOO MUCHHH! I cannot stop reading it (aka me saying “just one more chapter”, even if I have unfinished homework for tomorrows class, after 7 chapters of not moving the book out of my sight…) And I also wanted to share my comments throughout the book (out of context haha)

I really like the start of this book✨️

Have a lot of project going on, so haven't been able to read much! But I really enjoyed the introduction of the author and about the story✨️

Besides the HILLARIOUS comments that get thrown between characters (like: "I hope they vaccinated you for rabies while they're at it."💀), I have to get used to this new world building and approach of fantasy from Hazelwood😅

I've wanted to read this one for a long time, and since the weather is finally becoming gloomy (mid october in Seoul!), I thought it would be the perfect timing to start🍂🤎
