Not sure how I’m feeling about this book.

Y’allllll I need a really good one after this. Please drop any recommendations because I feel like I keep missing on books I’m expecting to love :/

I feel like this book could probably already be done by now. But I’m a big fan of digging into characters and getting more of their stories so it’s been good. Just hard to stay with the plot when it’s paced THIS slowly

I was reading this a few months ago and then my loan lapsed so I’m finally going to get to finish it!!

Wow there is a lot of exposition in this book…and a lot of graphic details (as expected ) but it’s dragging out the story a bit too much. The pacing seems alll wrong

How can you make a dog the bad guy in a book:( he was just afraid of some ghosts because like same Rocket

This books has become an obsession!! The pace and characters are just perfect to get me out of my recent slump :)

This one is similar to other Hilderbrand books in the best ways but some parts of it are a bit too cringey for me. The characters are instantly likable and mysterious and the setting is incredible. But I’m getting thrown off by some of the changes in how the narration is happening. It’s whiplash in a bad way

Still boring but I’m I figured just enough to keep reading (for now)

What am I missing?!? It’s so boring!!!!
