sometimes i read books and usually i like them (im good at picking nice things)

With all due respect, I deeply despise this book. Gordon is the most antipathetic character I’ve met in any history, he’s so unnervingly dull and obsessive about money, despite his declared money-war. I know it’s probably the whole point of this story but WHY IS IT SO OBVIOUS AND REPETITIVE? I’ve been mulling over this piece for some time now and I’m so DONE but for some reason I just need to finish it.

I'm barely halfway through and I already cannot imagine any more WORSE things happening later and i just know they will........ crying's mandatory during every single chapter
