Lena is clearly a writer. Enjoying this one much more than the one by that other actress that I was trying to read.

Returning early. I try to be generous and patient with non-authors, but good gravy . . . This book shows little evidence of having an editor to keep the timeline on track. Maybe the audiobook is better?

Holy moly this is a long book!

I can't decide if I like this book or not, but I'm already halfway done . . . Might as well finish. I keep thinking of my college English professor and how she might guide the conversation of this book in her Family in Literature course.

Aggggh. Snatched back by the library before I could finish! 18 weeks' wait to get it back . . .

So this is a first . . . I have this tagged as 'abandoned'. Must not have been in the mood when I started it however long ago. This time around it's okay. I have only finished the first chapter, so who knows how this attempt will end.

I could finish today if I didn't have to shovel piles of snow!!
