The break-in story is basically a rehash of what she described in the show. Her whispering narration is just grating at this point.
She's a great actor, I'll give her that.

Loved hearing the background of her parents, but it felt so fleeting. Now we're talking about calling Camille a cunt and she's keeping it relevant rather than ignoring it and moving on.

Sped up to 2.15x and it is like a normal person speaking. I can't even imagine listening to this at 1x. Classic Dorit speed speaking.

She's at a mountain retreat talking about how cleansing it is and how she so desperately needed it. Like girl you're living the most privileged life.

"I was never molested as a child, probably because I wasn't very attractive"

THIS. IS. FULL. STOP. DISGUSTING.

At the end of chapter 4 she says "Girls can be so mean" as if she hasn't been an absolutely abhorrent human this entire book so far? You're not above it all.

She needs to throw out her thesaurus. It's ridiculous.

The superiority complex she appears to have is just infuriating.

Taking my sweet time to finish this book because it's so well-written that I don't want it to end.

It's bonkers that she recognized PPD after just a week. Amazing how in-tune she is with her body and mind.

Why are we dropping so many f-bombs? They are wholly useless and yet it's averaging out to nearly 1 per minute.

Ok so that chapter was good. But it’s unfortunate that 22 days have passed and that was the only decent chapter.

This is not how I wanted to return to the steel family.

It’s like she woke up and suddenly had a therapy session.

How is it that everyone sucks in this book? They all have such one-note flaws. They’re all talking out both sides of their faces and they’re all just so unreliable.
