I feel like I’m reaching either my limit to absorb all the info that this book is throwing at me at once or its usefulness to me based upon the knowledge I currently have is running out. In terms of avoiding injury and assessing my current fitness this book has been immensely helpful. However, I feel a lot of the advice is overshadowed by the revelations of exercise science in recent years.
