Haymitch’s game has a bigger impact now that I read his story. Also, the other tributes like Mags who is 80 now, with a cane. Get her motherly thing now.

Moves along quickly and you don’t want to stop reading!

So much better than TV series

Really short stories. First one was interesting and had a fantasy feel to it.

Is the author trying to bore us? Trying to show his great knowledge? He doesn’t seem to know what is important and what isn’t.
I don’t know why I am still reading this, though this book was expensive.

Guess I am a bit confused what the book is really about. And the chapter about the corgies was painful!

Better than the last book. What is it with this author and guys with very hairy chests?

Page 160. Really enjoying this book so far. Wondered when I realized this was written in 1994, when I was Nora’s age.

The fact it was written in 1962, there is definitely a different writing style and believe she assumes certain knowledge.

The small print is also making reading difficult and slower than usual.
