This book is made up of 3 smaller books. Completed the first one - Zoo Quest to Guyana
Enjoying so far! Finding it really interesting learning about the animals and people/villages
Next up: Zoo Quest for a Dragon

Do we try to hard to see our own emotions and feelings in your pets and have these projected back to us?

Walking the fine edge of DNF vs continuing. Every time I get to the point of being DNF, something is mentioned that keeps me just interested enough to continue. Feels like The Venice Hotel that I read earlier in the year but not as good

Found the baby at start funny - not so much banter at this point. Also was hoping for a slower burn

Got me through lots of driving today. Quite a few laughing out load moments

Yikes, there is some heavy stuff in this. I can’t believe I read these as a kid. Now days this would come with a trigger warning list I think

So happy to be back in this series. Such a warm cozy place to be

My heart hurts

Heartbreaking. The terror and grief of these poor families and the lack of support and action from police and the legal system is throwing all the feels at me. These poor angels 👼

Getting a bit repetitive, but will persist for now
