George Orwell has a talent for laying out complex concepts in such a simple and understandable manner… Reading this book is understanding what is happening in today’s world, especially the USA

So far this book can be summed up like this:
“I love you”
“No you don’t”
“I do, I love you”
“Like for real?”
“Yeah, I love you”
“Okay, I love you too”
(They then get into a stupid ass fight)
“I don’t think you really love me anymore”
“It’s not true, I love you”
“I don’t think so”
“I promise I love you and I’m sorry”
“Okay fine, I love you too”
(Repeat the cycle)

Somebody has to explain to me if people back in the days always fell in love on sight or is it just a lazy way of writing love/romance??
