A structure I am seeing right now is a problem and soultion. the problem is that Thomas broke the number 1 rule and has to face a punishment but he saved someones life. So the soulution is that he will face one day in their type of jail but will now become a runner because of his good deed.

Right now, Thomas wants to escape the maze and survive the grievers until daylight but whats stopping him is that the doors closed and they won't open until the morning. So he has to survive the whole night.

I like this book because I think the zombie end of the world theme is really cool and this is a very good book series. One thing that isn't my favorite is how sometimes this book will recap very important parts by saying one sentence and showing a picture of something happening.

The POV in the story is first person. I know this because the author uses I, My, I'm in the story, so this is the main characters point of view

This impacts the story by seeing the world in the story through the main characters eyes and only hearing the main chracters thoughts.

One main conflict I am seeing in my story is the diapering zombies that are occurring and how a giant shreek attracts them every night. They know this can not be good.
A deeper conflict I see is how Jack is scared of losing his friends to a monster or something bad, and how he never wants to feel alone like he did before.

I have seen one words of the wiser moment and a memory moment
the memory moment is about a pizza place that use to be the cool kids place to hang out but now is completly transformed
The words of the wiser is when a monster tells Jack that he is truly brave.

Dorthy has changed because usually she just lets the boys bully her and do stuff. But this time, she spoke to them, and that hurt Palmer. I really would not be as forgiving as she was to Palmer because if that happened to me, I would be really mad at them forever.

So far I think Palmer is traumatized because he thinks back to the pidgon day (His fear) every time he sees a pidgon.
