I like this book because I think the zombie end of the world theme is really cool and this is a very good book series. One thing that isn't my favorite is how sometimes this book will recap very important parts by saying one sentence and showing a picture of something happening.

The POV in the story is first person. I know this because the author uses I, My, I'm in the story, so this is the main characters point of view
This impacts the story by seeing the world in the story through the main characters eyes and only hearing the main chracters thoughts.

One main conflict I am seeing in my story is the diapering zombies that are occurring and how a giant shreek attracts them every night. They know this can not be good.
A deeper conflict I see is how Jack is scared of losing his friends to a monster or something bad, and how he never wants to feel alone like he did before.
