These characters fucking suck. I didn’t love the first book but i at least enjoyed it. They are all so fucking whiny and pathetic. And the world building is so half-baked.

Honestly I’m just hate-reading this at this point. For a traditionally published book I’m appalled at 1) how blatantly this series rips off others before 2) how REPETITIVE the prose is. My god WE GET IT. Ever heard of “show don’t tell” well god damn do these characters wax on and on about their issues to the point where i just hate them.

This is so weak.

Bruh this girl has been traumatized so much and she can’t even make her own decisions. Pulled in so many directions I HAVE SO MUCH ANXIETY.

Feels like it took this long to get to the first mention of the “library” in the title of the fucking book. I’m really disappointed in this book. I get what the author wanted to do but is failing miserably.
