Dragging through the last quarter of this not because I’m enjoying the third book any less but because I’m dreading it being over and having to find another pre bed time book that absolutely will not compare to

Going to have to pause this, not sure whether it’s not the book for me or a temporary mood but it’s become a slog and I’d rather read something else and actually enjoy it.

Finally have an e-reader again we are so back

I don’t think I’m particularly precious about “the craft” when it comes to a page turner but sometimes you can really feel that characters in this are doing or saying things not because of characterization but to simply to put another track down for the rails of the story and it’s… disconcerting
