So far having a very hard time reading this. It just lags and drags with nonsense explanations and dialogue that doesn’t seem necessary. Honestly almost ready to put it aside.

This book is pretty good. But, do some research when you are writing about being in a different country. Canada does not have food stamps. Being paid 7.50 an hour is completely unheard of; especially in Alberta. And it’s not Social Security number it’s a Social Insurance number, a SIN.
These are those main little things that stuck in my craw.

Also, how is she living in the brownstone? Zack was living there when that tweet happened. OMG I’m so close to a DNF. This disappoints me because I’ve loved all her books I’ve read so far.

When Matthew found out about the tweet, he wasn’t going on the ice, he was checking into the hotel. Come on, make notes and follow them.
And Ales was only a little baby crying for her father’s arms not running and talking.

I’m only on chapter 4, and it’s bugging me that the time line is off from the Something So series.

I'm about to start Part 2 and I'm so upset. He left and stopped contacting her. Damn that hurts.

Chapter 20. Ok I'm becoming really angry with everyone in this book. And that in turn is asking me angry.

Chapter 8. I want to cry for Vanni. Can't Andy just pull her head out of her ass?

I'm on chapter 2 and I don't know if I can continue reading. I can already feel the heartbreak and turmoil starting. Of course I will continue but it will be hard to keep my emotions under control.
