I am thoroughly enjoying the story and lyrical writing in this middle grade fiction so far.

I will give this book one more listen to see if it pulls me in, but so far I am not enjoying it. The dialogue is very stilted and a lot of the story telling seems to revolve around the mundane details of life.

Every single male character makes my blood boil with rage.

I'm quite enjoying the audio version.

Giving this book another try, but in audiobook form this time.

Dnfing. I don’t really care that she gets constipated at the start of yoga retreats, but manages to “take a poo” before going home again.
