This is so interesting and apparently a wizard of oz retelling with time travel and evil vampires and hot werewolves and librarians and I’m in let’s go mfs

J bell’s writing is such a contradiction. On the one hand she uses so many pop culture and meme references that I’m considering stabbing my left eye out with a crochet hook. And on the other, she writes such devotion in her mmc’s toward the fmc with prose that is almost lyrical in beauty. It’s beyond love, it’s worship. idk how to rate that man 🧍‍♂️
