I've found myself skimming pages at this point .. could not care less about these overwritten unrealistic sex scenes. Both reveals so far have given me eye rolls rather than gasps of surprise. Alas I will press on 🥲

Have been feeling very flat this week so haven't done much reading. But every time I pick up this book and start reading I instantly regret not having picked it up earlier and just made myself read.

Going to be a little break now unfortunately for a few days while I squeeze in my bookclub book.
